B type Pre-feeding mechanism wire mesh welding machine, adopt 2 mould steel bar feeding

rack,  can feed the longitudinal steel bar for the next wire mesh while welding  the first wire mesh.  

1. This machine adopts the man-machine interface, and PLC programmable controller. It is highly automotive.

2. Welding hot rolled steel ribbed, cold rolled steel ribbed, hot rolled round, cold rolled round, etc. wide adaptability.

3. It has big welding flexibly to adopt one time welding or multi times welding according to user's power supply.

4. This machine is designed as a separable structure, and it is easy to make adjustment and maintenance.

5. Welding system including voltage transformer, silicon control, upper and lower electrodes are forced with water cooling, and equipped with a flow protection device. This system could work continuously and reliably.

6. Air pressure of welding pneumatic system is step less adjustable. It is fast response to specific changing of steel wires.

7. Welding pressure is uniform, and it ensures welding quality.

8. Steel wires coming out from disc feeding plate is straightened by a straightening mechanism, and no other straightening mechanism needed.

9. Unique material lifting mechanism could lift off electrode when dragging mesh. It could extend working life of electrode and reduce running expense.

10. Transverse blanking device using stepping motor feed materials automatically. It reduces working intensity and improve efficiency.

11. Imported digital servo motor system ensures precise mesh size.

12. Grid longitudinal dimensions could be changed through screen input. It is suitable for multi specifications.

13. Transverse blanking mechanism adopts a magnetic material throwing mechanism. It is fast speed and high efficiency.

14. Electrode is equipped with position device, ensure the transverse blanking reliable and accurate.

15. The unique design ensure changing specification of steel wire and steel mesh easy,flexible and fast.
